How do I submit a Pilikia?
Login using your username (without the @hawaii.edu). Click on the “Submit Pilikia” link and enter your contact information, description and location of the problem and submit it.
What if I cannot login?
The online Pilikia system uses the same username and password as the UH email / My UH Portal system. If you forgot your UH username or password you may reset it by going to this site HERE.
How long will it take for my Pilikia to be completed?
After submitting a Pilikia it is entered as a work order and you will be notified via e-mail. Staff will work on the Pilikia depending on priority and the order that it was received. Every reasonable effort will be made to fulfill the request. Staff may contact you if they need you to provide access to your room or for more information.
What if I want to make changes or inquire about the Pilikia I submitted?
You may log on to the Pilikia system and change the status or close/cancel the Pilikia you submitted.
Who do I contact if I can’t submit a Pilikia online?
If you are unable to submit a Pilikia online please contact ResNet Support at 956-6800. If you are submitting a Pilikia after hours please submit a paper Pilikia at your respective front desk.
